For over 15 years, I’ve been guiding women to reconnect with their power through yoga, meditation, nervous system work, and transformational coaching.
I’ve supported hundreds of women in remembering who they really are, beyond the noise, beyond the roles, beyond the expectations and creating lives, businesses, and legacies that reflect that truth.
Whether in movement, mentorship, or soul-aligned strategy, I’ve always held spaces for women to breathe deeper, feel safer, and rise into their next chapter with clarity and conviction.
My work blends psychology, energetics, embodiment, and deep inner leadership.

My honest response is that retreats are portals. Yes, they are nourishing, blissful spaces where you get to let it all be about YOU, be pampered and taken care of, but they are also so much more. They’re an opportunity to step out of your day to day- which immediately shifts neuro-pathways and allows us to get out of our regular programming and step into NEW ways of being, operating and creating. That opens us up to sooo many possibilities, not to mention the workshops, experiences and connections I have in store for you to really take that all to the next level in a very soft but powerful way. Can you tell I’m excited!!???
I’ve never been on a retreat… What can I expect?
Flights are not included nor is transport to and from airports, but we can absolutely direct you to the easiest way to get here, and we have tons of onsite parking if need be.
Is transport included?
Spots are highly limited, and this is the only retreat I have planned for this year. If you’re feeling the call, I highly encourage you to reach out now because I do expect this incredible experience to book out fast. Also the sooner you book, the more bonus you get and the more choice you’ll have on rooms (but they are all pretty incredible!).
How far in advance should I book?
Totally okay - this isn’t about dogma or pushing an agenda. Becoming is about giving yourself space to reconnect in whatever way feels right for you. There’s plenty of space to go deep or rest and simply receive. We’ll connect before the retreat so you feel fully supported and at ease.
What if I don’t know what I need or I’m not super spiritual?
Not at all! Most women come solo and leave with lifelong soul sisters. This is a ‘come exactly as you are’ space, and you’ll be warmly welcomed the moment you arrive.
Want to share a room? We’ll pair you with a kindred spirit and there’s always space for solitude, too.
I’m thinking of coming alone, I’m kinda nervous... is that weird?
Yes — especially if you’ve done the courses, read the books, and still feel like something’s missing.
I’ve been there too. It’s so easy to invest in self-help, coaching and personal development without realising we’re only focusing on the neck up with a “fix it” mentality.
True change and real healing and transformation is an inside-out game. It happens in the body and the multi-dimensional system.
Where we allow ourselves to lean into support in safe guided experiences.
In sacred space by someone who’s walked that path before us with other women who get it and understand how that feels.
